Job Description:
1. Work within brand guidelines to execute on creative directives for both internal Deloitte Greenhouse projects and client-facing external assets
2. Develop visually appealing graphics, primarily in Adobe Creative Suite, using brand-approved templates
3. Become an expert in the visual brand, and how to stretch and innovate it
4. Support triage of design requests and projects received
5. Scope additional information from Lab team to determine project requirements, as needed
6. Be responsible for self and peer-level level review deliverables.
7. Build relationship with key stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting to internal stakeholders.
8. Be client and quality centric with attention to details, customized for each client
9. Be flexible and adaptable to dynamics of the process and practice professional behavior at work.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Undergraduate University Graduate

Experience: 2 - 5 years of creative design/ visual communication design in marketing/marketing communication design space.

Technical Skills:
1. Mastery-level expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); advanced-level expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
2. A strong portfolio that showcases your creative expertise
3. Experience taking “rough” data (from PowerPoint charts, Word files, Excel tables, or Smart Art) and redesigning to spec in Adobe Illustrator
4. Ability to follow established processes with immediate team and larger publishing group to ensure seamless production from project inception to completion
5. Ability to quickly grasp and apply design intent
6. Willingness to take direction from managers and senior designers
7. Ability to manage changing project priorities to meet all required deadlines
8. Ability to proactively communicate problems before they arise
9. Ability to maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, team members, peers, managers, etc.
